Lamine Yamal emulated Cristiano Ronaldo’s iconic “Calma” celebration after scoring a stunning goal in Barcelona’s 4-0 thrashing of Real Madrid in El Clasico.
Hansi Flick’s Barcelona delivered a masterclass performance at the Santiago Bernabeu, defeating Real Madrid 4-0. After a goalless first half, the Blaugrana executed their tactics flawlessly, with Lewandowski scoring twice in two minutes, followed by goals from Yamal and Raphinha.
Yamal’s sensational finish beat Andriy Lunin at the front post, giving Barcelona a 3-0 lead. He then celebrated with Ronaldo’s famous “Calma, I’m here” gesture, calming the crowd.
Yamal urged his teammates to pursue the La Liga title, saying: “I want to say: Visca Barca! Let’s go and win La Liga, we go for it now.”
At 17 years and 106 days, Yamal became the youngest scorer in El Clasico, surpassing Alfonso Navarro’s record (17 years and 356 days).
Yamal will return to action in the Catalan derby against Espanyol on November 3.
