Sancho Thanks Dortmund for Belief Amid Uncertain Future at United

Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho has expressed gratitude to Borussia Dortmund for their belief in him during his loan spell, as he prepares to return to United amid uncertainty over his future.

Sancho returned to Dortmund on loan in January after a falling-out with United manager Erik ten Hag, but his loan spell concluded with Saturday night’s Champions League final defeat to Real Madrid. Despite the loss, Sancho praised Dortmund’s unity and resilience.

In a heartfelt message on his X page, Sancho thanked his Dortmund teammates, staff, and supporters. He congratulated Real Madrid on their victory and expressed pride in Dortmund’s efforts, emphasizing the team’s resilience and unity.

Dortmund has expressed interest in signing Sancho for a third time, but his future at United remains unclear, especially with the club looking to sell players to comply with the Premier League’s profit and sustainability rules.

During his second spell at Dortmund, Sancho made 21 appearances, scoring three goals and providing three assists. His return to United raises questions about his role under Ten Hag and his long-term future with the club.
