Kylian Mbappe to Miss US Preseason Tour, Ready for European Supercup

Mbappe’s Current Status:

Kylian Mbappe will not join Real Madrid’s US preseason tour but is expected to be fit for their competitive matches. During a press conference, the 25-year-old confirmed his availability for the European Supercup clash against Atalanta on August 14th. However, he did not specify if he would need surgery for his broken nose. Reports from El Chiringuito indicate that he will not undergo surgery following medical assessments.

Preseason Tour Absence:

Mbappe will be rested during Real Madrid’s US tour, which includes matches against AC Milan, Barcelona, and Chelsea. This decision is made in preparation for a demanding season with potentially up to 72 games, excluding international fixtures. The team is set to return to Madrid on August 8th after their final friendly against Chelsea.
