Liverpool are reportedly monitoring two Borussia Dortmund players, centre-back Nico Schlotterbeck and winger Jamie Bynoe-Gittens, as they address potential departures.
According to CaughtOffside, Liverpool are interested in 24-year-old Schlotterbeck, valued at £42m, if Virgil van Dijk does not extend his contract beyond June 2025. Van Dijk’s representatives are in talks with Liverpool, but the Dutch defender remains tight-lipped about his future.
Meanwhile, Liverpool are also tracking 20-year-old Bynoe-Gittens as a potential replacement for Mohamed Salah, whose future remains uncertain. Bild reports that Dortmund will demand £83m for the England Under-21 international.
These developments highlight Liverpool’s proactive approach to securing top talent amid uncertainty surrounding key players.
